Dr. Mark T. Ortibano is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychometrician, currently serving as a clinician at Saint Camillus Premium Health Care Services. He is a Certified Specialist in Assessment Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology conferred by the Psychological Association of the Philippines, and holds an international certification in Forensic Traumatology from the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
Dr. Ortibano’s clinical and forensic practice spans multiple hospitals, wellness centers, and government units across Negros Occidental and Iloilo Province. He has extensive experience in conducting psychological evaluations and serving as an expert witness before the Regional and Municipal Trial Courts of the Negros Island Region.
